Bottoms up

We've all heard that a certain level of alcohol consumption can be tolerated by your body, but it's always been assumed that the less you drink, the better your health will be.

Not so. A study at Harvard concluded that men who are moderate drinkers have a lower risk of heart attack. (Ladies, I'm sure the same applies for you as well.)

Furthermore, according to research at the Australian National University, moderate drinking is associated with better thinking. That's right, moderate drinkers have better cognitive skills than binge drinkers and NON-drinkers!

Keep in mind that "moderate" is the operative word here. This means about 2 drinks a day for men and 1-2 drinks a day for women. And no, you're not allowed to roll it all over and have 14 drinks on Saturday night.
