Some fitness myths

When I stumbled on this list fitness myths, I figured it was like most of the others -- pretty much debunking what we all knew to be wrong in the first place. This one, however, is better than most and is worth a closer look. Among the busted myths are the following:

3) Aerobic activity in the morning will boost your metabolism throughout the day. This is indeed true, but the boost is only by a very small amount. (I'm guilty of believing this one.)

7) You don't necessarily have to sweat to get an effective workout.

8) You don't necessarily have to be in pain in order to have an unsafe workout.
